Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Growindia Export, we value transparency and client satisfaction. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which services can be canceled and refunds may be issued.
Service Cancellation
- Before Project Start:
Clients may cancel the project within 48 hours of payment and before work begins. In such cases, a partial refund may be applicable after deducting administrative/consultation charges.
- After Project Initiation:
Once the project is underway, cancellation will result in no full refund. Charges will be applied based on work completed and resources utilized up to the cancellation date.
- Ongoing/Monthly Services (SEO, digital marketing, etc.):
These services require 30 days’ prior written notice for cancellation. No refunds will be provided for the current month. Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:
- Delay in project due to client-side approvals or content submissions.
- Change in project scope or requirement after initiation.
- Services marked as “non-refundable” in agreement or invoice.
- Performance-based services (e.g., SEO ranking, leads, or ROI expectations).
Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment or another mutually agreed method.
- Any third-party transaction fees or gateway charges are non-refundable.
Project Abandonment
If the client becomes unresponsive or inactive for 30 days or more, the project will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.
